We're thrilled to report that 35 firms are now actively using the Elfworks platform, collectively generating an average of over 125 advice pieces per week. This steady growth reflects the platform's value and again we're very grateful for your support.

Development Highlights

Like many of you, we took a brief pause over the past few weeks to recharge. However, our team has been hard at work implementing two significant updates to enhance your user experience:

1. Client Query Feature: We've introduced a simplified version of the Advice workflow tailored for handling straightforward client queries. This new feature allows for faster responses to simple inquiries, improving efficiency without compromising quality.

2. Streamlined Advice Workflow: To make navigation smoother, we've combined the Research and Analyse steps into a single, cohesive process. This reduces the number of screens users need to navigate while maintaining robust validation checks to mitigate hallucinations, ensuring a more seamless and intuitive experience.
