Welcome back! I hope you had the chance to re-charge over the summer break for the challenges and opportunities 2026 is sure to bring.
Over the summer break, we didn’t just hang up our hats. We've been busy refining our Advice feature to further enhance accuracy and to make the review of output easier. While the core the process Elfworks remains the same we’ve introduced a number of key refinements outlined below.
Refining the Advice Input
Increased Analytical Depth: Elfworks is now designed to run up to 50–85 queries as part of the Advice process, significantly improving the accuracy of the output without impacting the speed of advice creation.
Simultaneous Sprints: Users have the option to run simultaneous queries—such as Private Ruling comparisons, Deep Reasoning, and State-based implications—alongside the core query to maintain speed.

What remains the foundation of our process:
Enterprise Security: We still use enterprise-grade AI models where data storage and using data to train the model are de-selected.
The Hallucination Catcher: This remains a key step where source information must pass an "existence test" against our database before it is included in the analysis. Strong guard-rails are the only way to safely harness AI.
The Bias Buster (Multi-model validation): All four AI models—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok—answer the question and then challenge each other to reach a consensus. This is crucial as models like ChatGPT (used heavily by other platforms) are becoming increasingly biased toward the ATO view in taxation matters.
Refining the Advice Output
Interactive Iteration: Users can challenge the output and "iterate" with the platform, inserting nuanced facts or "what if" scenarios to improve the accuracy of the response.
Organised Navigation: The output is now presented in easy-to-navigate tabs that correspond to the specific queries run, such as Private Ruling comparison or State-based implications.
What hasn’t changed:
Create Learning: At the click of a button, you can create a Learning Module from the Advice content, allowing you to earn verifiable CPD as you review the output.
Export Options: Users can still export the Advice output into email, file notes, or Private Ruling applications. For Enterprise Accounts, we can incorporate your Firm templates into the Export feature.
Elfworks as the Benchmark for AI advice: Elfworks continues to evolve as the most accurate and comprehensive AI advice platform in the Australian market, producing quality advice within minutes.
